hi I'm just starting and I'm trying to lose weight I recently took out juices out of my diet and I'm simply drinking water or the detox waters with the citrus and fruits I'm also logging in what I eat daily and I walk a mile maybe every other day or every two days but I want to start going to the gym I jus don't want to be in there"acting" like I know what I'm doing or wasting my time I would like advice on a good routine or what machines to use to lose weight or what machines I should focus on mostly also I'm a member at planet fitness if that helps..... But PLEASSEEEEEE HELP ME !!!!!
