I know they're celebrities and they all have oodles of money for personal trainers and chefs, but I'll be 40 in 8 years. I need to get my butt in gear and DO THIS!!!

    Haha! At least you have 8 years!!!! I turn 40 in a couple of months :)

    Massive free time + personal trainer + personal chef + nannies + regular plastic/botox + paid to look good = you have to try pretty hard to fail.

    Celebrity weight loss stories are a load of BS, and provide a net negative example due to basically cheating life.

    That said, looking good at 40 is pretty simple.

    so you are 32?
    get on it now and you will be there by the time you are 35 never mind 40 .

    no fad diets, no crazy workouts just healthier choices and reasonable exercise and you'll look fab, feel great and enjoy life!
