Resistance bands

Does anyone use resistance bands for strength training? Can you share your routine and what results you have achieved?

    I like resistance bands, I like that I can choke up on them to make them more challenging. Them move to thicker bands as time goes on. My routine is typically DVDs.

    I love resistance bands. I use GymRa and Upside-Down Pilates videos on youtube, and do 3-4 videos a week 20 minutes or under and have seen great results for toning my arms and abs. Good luck :)

    I use resistance bands for stretching but not for strength training. They really are an effective tool.
