There's probably no way to make this sound not weird but - I started strength training this January and feel the difference it makes. However I can't see much of it yet. Sure, I can't expect muscles popping out after training 2-3 times a week for an hour, but still..

To get to the point I've seen tons of success mirrors photos of transformations and taken a few myself, but most of the time I see myself from the first person point of view. And that is not so encouraging as a staged, properly lighted and "flexed" selfies. Also I've seen an article online about fitness models sharing their less glorious photos, though sadly I don't remember where.

My question now is, is it too weird and TMI sharing POV weight loss pics? Has anyone tried taking some?
