Just getting started!

Hi all!
I'm 26 and on a journey to loose weight! I just started on 3/2 so I'm excited to learn new recipes and exercise routines. I'm still very much into going out and enjoying myself so any advice on healthier drink choices would be greatly appreciated! I don't know how much I am down I will weigh myself on 4/3. But meal prep and easy recipes have helped. I also cut out all liquids except for water for the first month to flush out toxins! Drinking a gallon a day has given me lots of energy and I haven't even missed my dunkins coffee!

    Hello! I am also brand new to the site and 26 years old! I drink hot water with lemon first thing in the morning. It helps soothe my throat. Water with or without lemon the rest of the day for me.

    I have been trying loads of different recipes, I think it makes things more interesting and exciting!

    Hi hello guys... im new hete at my fitness pal im living at abu dhabi uae. Im 29 y/o. Currently i wt 77kg and my goal is to loose weigth and to have flat tummy. What can you suggest to me for my diet plan and work out routine. Im just jog and walk during my off day at corniche beach... anyone here from auh.
