I've gained 35 pounds in the last six months, I can barely recognize myself. I need motivation badly.

    Hi Miranda, I am a bit of an over - eater especially at the weekends and when dining out with friends. My aim is to loose around 35lbs so feel free to add me and we can encourage and support each other through this.

    You can do it, just be consistent with your workouts and eat right.

    35 pounds is what I'm aiming to lose too. Have lost 20 so far but it's now getting harder to shift the weight. Feel free to add, I'll try and motivate!:)
