Big appetite, bigger goals!

Hey, everyone!
My name is Melissa and I'm 21 years old, just trying to lead a healthier lifestyle by making better choices in diet and exercise. After high school, I gained more than the freshman 15, lost all that weight plus some, and have since put some of it back on. I've always had weight that fluctuated due to my poor ability to handle stress. However, I know I can be stronger than that, and from here on out, I'm determined to gain back the control in my life. I'm not on a track to lose a bunch of weight, but 15-20 pounds would be ideal and I'm hoping My Fitness Pal can get me there. My biggest problem isn't my activity level... I love being athletic. I love sports (though it's only on occasion when I play) but I also love getting in a good workout at the gym and including myself in group exercises like sculpt, Pilates or spin. My problem is that I really love food. And who doesn't? 
In any case, I'm so thrilled to be back on the right track and I'm looking for other motivated individuals to stride along on this journey.
