Trying to get it all right!

Hi, I'm new to this site and loving it. Trying to lose weight to get that summer fitness before holidays. Gyming it 3 x weekly and attempting to sort out my nutrition. It's hard to know your doing the right activity with the right foods at the right time. I'll get there though :)

    Good for you!!

    Keep in mind that changing your eating habits is more for making sure you stay fuller longer and for fueling those workouts.

    You could eat just donuts or chocolate all day long and lose weight if you stay within your calorie limits, but that wouldn't fuel your workouts very well. Find that balance between fueling your body and having treats!
