I'm trying to build a menu of low carb meals. Looking for some to rotate. Any suggestions?

Hmmm, my carbs for the past three days I think have been under 90.
At the beginning of each day, I plug in to MFP Food Diary what I'm going to eat for the entire day, and I stick to it. That means, no chewing gum, no breath mints, NOTHING!

Have you tried to import recipes to your 'Recipe Box'?
It really helped me with things that I was making as 'diet food'; it could steer you away from dishes high in carbs.

There is a low carb group on MFP called the Low Carber Forum. I suggest you find it and join. In the first area called the Launch Pad is a bunch of low carb info and receipes...
