Started back at the gym today after a very very long time. Went thru a nice little grouping for abs and gluts set up for a 74 year old woman. Could not find any information regarding calory burn on any of those machines. They are common gym machinery. Were around in the mid 70's when I was going regularly. How do I find that information?

Which leads to these as the first 3 results:
1 - http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
2 - http://www.cybexintl.com/education/fitnesstools/calcs.aspx
3 - http://www.shapefit.com/calories-burned-calculator.html
All have an option for weightlifting.0 -
Also, here on MFP if you search the database under cardio exercise for this:
Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)
it will give you some credit for weighlifting.0
