Trying to gain good habits

I've been struggling with my weight for a long time now and I've lost about 30 pounds this last year. Lately I've just not been able to lose weight as easily. So I've started to track my food and been focusing more on my exercise. Hoping that this will be an inspiration and a way for me to stay motivated.
