I just started doing kickboxing, for weight loss and toning, and i was wondering how long should i be doing it? i've been doing it 20 min. also should i give myself a rest day in between if my muscles are sore from a previous workout?
btw i've been doing the 10 minute solution Knock-out Body with Jessica Smith.. is that a typical kickboxing workout, or is it just a beginners one and i should look for a harder one? any recommendations? thx !

20 minutes isn't very long. Most kickboxing classes are 1-2 hours.0
