Gamers Guide to Working Out

Hey everyone!
If you're a gamer like me, then exercise doesn't "usually" come easy. However, I just wanted to say that I've found Xbox Fitness quite motivating.
There's something about getting achievements while working out that is just so satisfying. Haha!
So, my point is, it's really great for if you don't want to go to the gym but still want to work out. I've found it a great way to get started on exercising again and thinks it's worth a shot

I got a bunch of my friends from gamefaqs to get in this because we all need someone else to keep us motivated :P0

I couldn't agree anymore! I love using my Kinect with different games. It really helps to add some variety to my workouts too!0
