I am on week 3 of my new lifestyle. I only lost 3lbs so far. But for some reason I feel like I should have lost more, like at least 5lbs!!!! Of course I want to do this slowly and surely lose and keep it off the healthy way, but for some reason my weight just keeps fluctuating between 3-4lbs up and down. I need some motivation here.. is the fluctuation normal? And how many weeks would it take to see weight loss results for me? All my basic info about me and my goals is on my profile!
