AIP Friendly Daily breakfast

Hi All,
Just wondering what you do for breakfast when following AIP. I see SO many recipes for 'special' breakfast treats - but they really are not at all calorically friendly or time friendly for a daily breakfast... I want something as simple as toast or cereal! lol
Also - I can't have avocado, banana (or plantains), and while not adverse to meat - would prefer not to have sausage/patty every day for breakfast please.

I don't follow AIP, but you can find some idea in the website of Sarah Ballantynes

Sausages are a very good breakfast, as they can be prepared before. I also like to eat roast in the morning.0 -
Go to Pinterest and search "AIP Breakfast." I see a few good ideas there like
Apple and Cranberry ‘Oatmeal’
3 cups spaghetti squash (see above for how to cook)
1+1/4 cups shredded coconut
2+1/2 cups coconut milk
3 large golden delicious apples, cored and chopped
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
pinch salt0
