I am reading all the reviews and it looks stellar, but I don't want to spend over 20 dollars and be disappointed. Any one use it and have an opinion?

I tried the beginner program when I was returning to the gym after pregnancy. I was happy with it. I have moved on to other goals (primarily triathlon) right now so I am no longer following the program but I would go back to one of the more advanced programs later on.
The ebook is a little cheaper to buy but I think the hardcopy would be easier for reference in the gym.
To me, it was worth it.0 -
Perfect, that is exactly the testimony I was looking for...I am really looking to try to mix it up from the routines that I am currently doing and thought it looked like a great resource.0
