    if it is don't to include touch ... it empathises
    it shows others we care and appreciate

    it gets discounts in shops, parking spaces willingly handed over, free drinks,
    all the good stuff.... haha kidding

    it takes good self esteem to do it well!
    and sadly not everyone has that!
