Calories ques for the newbie on here

So its calculates the calories your suppose to or can eat everyday on here. Mine is at like 1,000 something and for me that seems like alot!

My question is Do i have to eat ALL of those calories? because since i started dieting i've cut back eating alot and if i do i get full fast. i've been told i should eat that much for how much i work out because if i don't i wont lose anymore weight my body will just old onto it for a survival mode type of thing.

i don't even know if this makes sense i'm sorry :)

    I had to ask the same question. I have been told by seveal people that you need to eat at least half of the calories burned during exercise so your body won't try to hold on to the calories. Also I have been told to zig zag one day eat back most of the calories and the next day stay closer to your goal calories this will keep your body guessing!

    ahh its so confusing...i cannot eat that much lol!
