I'm trying to tighten up my diet. Usually, I do the best I can by improvising, based on my preferences and what's available. (Lol and of course what I've learned from the experience of logging for years.) But until this week, I'd never tried pre-logging, which was helpful - I made better choices on those days.

Today, I thought I'd look a little more closely at a thing I think I've mentioned before: here, you can search for foods based on satiety to nutrition ratios.

You can also search for foods with particular macro ratios here.

If you're looking to eat to meet specific nutritional needs, you can do that too.

Just a neat thing, I think :)
