Relationship with the scale.

Just a reminder to anyone else who needs it.
It doesn't tell you how much muscle you have put on with all the working out you've been doing.
It doesn't tell you that your jeans fit and look good.
The scale doesn't tell you alot of good thing you should know.
I have struggled with the number on the scale for a really long time, but I'm reteaching myself to know that the scale lies sometimes.
