My fiancee is goin to try the Insanity DVD's but is wondering if it includes a maintenance programme?
What happens if/ when your body gets used to it? Or is that possible?
What happens if you stop!?
Any Insanity afficionados, he needs advice on Insanity generally.
Thanks!

Insanity is a challenging DVD. People usually do another round or you can do the next step which is Asylum I just did 60 days of Insanity and now I am on Day 22 of Asylum. If you like more information on Asylum. Please message me. I have to tell you I was very humble in my 60 days of Insanity. I thought I was in shape and everyday I got my behind handed to me. It is truly a challenge and it is amazing.0

Thanks! I guess he was wondering if he used the Insanity dvd's as a weight loss goal is it ok to just go back to regular working out afterwards? He already has an excellent mostly plant based diet.
Can the Insanity workout be used as a quick fitness and weight loss programme and then normal working out life be resumed afterwards? Or would that method then cause weight gain again?0 -
I guess I am confused. What is a regular workout? After he finishes 60 days of Insanity he is going to want to push himself even more. He will want to challenge himself and probably won't go back to his old routine.0
