it's always about portion control. one banana with a tablespoon or two of peanut butter can be healthy. but peanut butter is high in calories and fat, so you can't smother that banana.
veggies and hummus is a low-calorie, healthy option
almonds or other nuts (again, portion control is key here!)
fruit
string cheese
combine any of the above but try to keep the snack around 200 calories (+/-) depending on your calorie goals
