Jillian Michaels beginners shred?

I have been doing the Jillian Michaels beginners shred for about 15 days now. Any ideas on how to log this in the diary? I have yet to log it since I am unsure how.

    How are things going. I am on Day 2 today, hard to believe I was actually sore when I woke up this morning.
  • I've read on several websites saying that it can be logged as "20 minutes of circuit training". so that's how I do :smile:

    I've also been doing it and have no idea how to log it. I just took a wild guess and assumed it burns about 250 in the 20 minutes but like i said thats a guess lol. I'll def switch to the circuit training idea.

    I would say circuit training, but unless you are completely new to lifting, you are probably not burning a ton of calories since its a fairly easy workout. I do it on my rest days or when I'm tired after work and don't want to do her other videos or Zumba. You can log it as circuit training, but its probably really overestimating your calorie burn.
