I signed up 4 months ago, but I was not committed. I just started again after I finally got fed up with looking at myself and finding clothes to "hide" my weight - though in reality, it was not being hidden. I finally saw myself in the mirror and I did not like what I saw. I am DETERMINED to do this right and stick to it. I have a few friends on this site already, and a husband who is doing this with me. I am a dessert person, so any suggestions on tasty desserts are welcome! :wink:

    Welcome! Right now I'm still eating some desserts. I just make sure they fit into my daily calorie allowance. If I stop losing, I'll ditch the sugar.

    Welcome back! I don't know why, guess I am tired of the way I look also, and feel. Whatever the reason, I am so committed this time, it's scarey. I weigh, or measure everything. I get 10 or more glasses of water a day, and I am even exercising. As for desserts, I use the Smart One's. The peanut butter sundae or chocolate chip cookie dough are to die for. Like 170 and 190 calories. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like. The more support you have the better. I wish I could get my husband to join, or even try on his own. He still eats what he wants, and he needs to loose about 40lbs. That is great that yours is doing it along with you. Nothing like sitting down to my baked chicken dinner and him and his fried chicken dinner! LOL
