I wanted to share my 10 week measurements with everyone, my training is as follows...
2 nights x kettlebells class, 1 x strength training day and 1x personal training 1-1 which is also usually weight training, i did this for 10 weeks solidly
I lost 3lbs in weight and 11.2% body fat in that time, i am buzzing and it was hard work i was sore and felt awful some days but i am in the best shape i have ever been, i didnt touch and protein shakes and wasnt overly strict with my diet tho i did try hard to make better choices and cut out fizzy drinks, takeouts, alcohol and smaller meal portions.
You can do it through weight training but you have to stick at it
