When did I become overweight?

A little discouraged as I never tried/needed to lose weight before and it's so freaking hard!! As the numbers on the scale grew how was I so oblivious???? 130 was my norm. Why did 140 and 150-158 become acceptable and not alarming?! Grrrr, guess cuz I proportionally gained but still I'm mad at myself that the number didn't mean more to me. People try to encourage, "you wear it well", "muscle weighs more"....I get trying to help someone but that didn't help me, just kept me justifying it. Anyhow, back to losing weight is extremely difficult- this sucks.
