Hello! Newbie bulker here

Hi, I'm Sarah from Toronto! I'm trying my first bulk.

In the past I ate greasy pub food almost daily and drank way too much alcohol, and that gets a little old. I was never overweight, have always been a fairly active person, but I had no muscle tone at all. I was skinny fat.

I cleaned up my diet and lifestyle and started lifting for about the past 18 months. I recently got a dog and twice daily walks with him have led to some weight loss, which was never my goal. I just wanted to feel better, and have more energy and be stronger. I decided to get this app because a lot of friends and family have been saying that I'm too thin now. I really didn't have any idea of how many calories I was eating everyday, and it turns out it probably wasn't enough.

Bulking has taken over my life a little bit! haha I'm about a week in and my coworkers think I stuff my face all day. Feeling good though.

Anyone else on the bulk journey please give me a shout!! need some friends on here and love motivating others on the way :smile:
