Fructose, Sucrose and Glucose

Can someone point me in the direction of a few science-based peer reviewed studies to show whether or not the body breaks these three all down differently/affects it in regard to fat storage and energy? I always thought it didn't matter where sugar comes from once it gets into the body but googling only brings up articles that conclude it can supposedly tell the difference. Thank you :)

MFP ate my post...I don't feel like retyping, but at the end of the day any fat created because a pathway converts quicker will be offset by using fat stores when underfed. So any affect is pretty irrelevant.

Also, your body doesn't like converting anything to something else and will prefer to store fats in your diet to body fat before utilizing digested carbohydrates to make fats.
