Write down your goals and refer back to them often and whenever you're feeling doubtful. (I used MFP profile for this, as well as a journal).
Join some challenge groups. This has kept me very accountable and I've met some super amazing friends!
Reward yourself for successes with little things you enjoy that are non-food related. Mani/pedi, new lipstick, a massage, perfume, a shopping trip, outing to the movies - whatever you can afford. Doesn't have to be super expensive. I'm happy with a new top from the thrift store as long as it's a smaller size!0
