I lost weight well on here. But one day I left and let it all hang out. And boy it did! It got so bad with Osteoarthritis in the knees I could hardly walk anymore. I can only stand for about 5 minutes when I am in horrible pain. I saw a new Doctor whom I like a lot, she told me for every pound I lose, 7 pounds of pressure would be off my knees and I would be able to walk better. It isn't that I want to lose weight to be pretty or cute, it is so I can walk and stand without pain. I also started for stationary bike riding. I can only ride for ten minutes without pain right now, but I look forward to the time I can up it to 35 minutes. I now ride each night, but when I reach a longer time, I will break it down to three days a week instead. Maybe even start walking around the block! I must start slowly. I pray and ask your prayers that I don't go back to my old ways and end up unable to walk. Thank you. Anyone else out there in the same situation? what do you do for exercise now? What are your favorite food recipes and snack foods that are allowed?
