Kale Chips

Chips are one of my downfalls. These are a delicious and much healthier alternative.
Ingredients:-
-kale
-sea salt
-olive oil
Preheat oven. Add kale to baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and sea salt to taste. Bake for about 10 minutes depending on what you like ( I like mine extra crunchy) and enjoy!
Note: I tend to skip adding the olive oil. Tastes just as good.
Enjoy!

I don't add salt or oil. They cook fine and are naturally salty. Yum.0

Red wine vinegar makes them super yummy too!0

Yum! I use the spray oil to make them and sometimes add nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavour!0

If you have a dehydrator you can just pop them in and not worry about burning (something I always do). Here's what I did/temp I used. https://isoisonagako.wordpress.com/2015/04/10/dehydrator-kale-chips/0
