Sinus surgery

I just found out I will need to have sinus surgery later this spring. The ENT said I will need to refrain from lifting anything heavier than 2lbs for two weeks, and I will likewise be restricted from running or any exertion. Supposedly after that I will be good to go.

Has anyone else experienced this? How long were you sidelined from lifting and working out?

Do what the doctor tells you. I've had 2 sinus surgeries.

Oh I will, I was just curious about others experiences.

That, and I am slowly realizing everyone else doesn't walk around with a perpetual low level sinus headache...
