Returning on these forums...

I guess this is just a re-introduction as I am returning on these forums after about 2 years.
In the meantime, I advanced nicely into my 40's...42 presently, added more hypochondria panic attacks, put some weight back on but then lost it plus some more due to the aforementioned hypochondria episodes, the most recent having lasted about 3-4 months.
Now I I weigh 7 pounds less than what I weighed when I was here 2 years ago - finally in the normal BMI range, 5'7" height and 157 weight.
I would now like to figure out how to maintain this weight loss even if it was not achieved the "orthodox way".
