Weight loss help

Ok thanks to everyone for the help on my other post I appreciate it. Now I have another question I am working out using exercise bike and on average am burning 600 calories a day. Now my fitness pal app says I should eat 1600 calls of food a day. Honestly I cut down my portions a lot and now I feel full on smaller amounts of food on average I've been eating 1000 calories a day. And staying within nutrition number on the app.(I described that bad but basically the pie chart) now I read that 1000 calls is way to low and That's without workout. So should I try to get to 1600 calls like mfp suggests. And how do I eat more if I feel stuffed from say a bowel of soup, which normally feels me up and is only 260 cals

    find out what your BMR is and don't eat below that. you should aim for TDEE-20% to be safe
