You are feeling dizzy because you are not eating enough. To loose weight you need a minimum amount of calories. Work this out with a calorie calculator and stick to it. If working out you need a bit more as well because you will burn it at the gym. You need strength to work out.......0

Try having a few high calorie snacks around if you are way below your minimum and don't feel like eating anything - like peanut butter, guacamole/avocado, even ice cream... Then you can knock off 100-200 calories in a few bites.
Make sure you are getting enough protein, fiber, carbs and fat in your daily diet by meeting those goals laid out by MFP - esp. if you are exercising a lot. You need to keep your body fueled!0 -

Hi Nohely,
The others are correct that you need a minimum amount of calories in order for your body to function. That minimum for a lot of woman is around the 1300 calories per day mark. Bear in mind that if you have changed your eating habits then your body may well be going through withdraws which is not a nice feeling. Also when you work out and what you eat before/after had a great affect on how you feel. I've sent you a friend request and more than happy to discuss this in greater detail for your circumstances
