weight loss frustration

I've lost 4 lbs. In 3 weeks.a little frustrated because it wasn't more and I have stopped losing I'm counting calories but been having 12 oz. Of wine at night should I stop that

    That's more than 1 lb per week, which is actually a great loss rate, especially for someone with only 20 lbs to lose. Even 0.5 lb a week would be good for you.

    If the wine fits in your calories, have it.

    That said: Do you weigh all your solid foods? Have you read up on how to choose the best database entries on MFP for your food? Because if you expected to be losing more than you are, based on your numbers, then you might be eating more than you think. (Or burning less than you think.)

    If you want specific help, you'll need to open your food diary.

    Thank you I'm thinking maybe im underestimating my calories. Maybe I'm expecting too muck too quickly!

    I've just always heard. That alcohol is not good if you're trying to lose weight
