I've been eating 2500 calories all three of my meals and snacks in between but my stomavjstill feels empty is this something my body has to adjust to?

    BTW I'm used to eating way more than 2500 calories a day

    I was hungry all the time for the first couple of weeks, you'll adjust.

    2500 is a pretty good amount of calories. What are you eating? Can you make your diary public?

    At the very minimum you probably want to try for more protein and vegetables / fiber food sources, which should help keep you fuller after meals. Also want to plan ahead and make sure you have appropriate food available when you feel snackish. Also, water and other drinks in general can help with fullness and stave off hunger

    I'm new to this to and while I don't mind eating healthier things, it's just trying to figure out what foods go together to make me feel satisfied so I won't feel like I'm starving a short while later ... Ugh .. Help please !!!
