Hi :) What is the correct portion of fish I should be eating? I know my portions for meat, scallops and shrimp. Not sure about fish though... So wondering how much for raw fish before cooking. Thanks!

What do you mean by "correct"? If you weigh it and log it, then you'll record the right calories etc.

The bit between the head and the tail is generally considered optimal

Check the MFP database to find out the nutritional values. Anyway, usually a fish portion weighs more than a serving of meat.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Eat as much fish as you want while staying within your goals.

rule of thumb a portion is the size of your palm.
