Hi
What is the correct portion of fish I should be eating? I know my portions for meat, scallops and shrimp. Not sure about fish though... So wondering how much for raw fish before cooking. Thanks!

Check the MFP database to find out the nutritional values. Anyway, usually a fish portion weighs more than a serving of meat.0

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Eat as much fish as you want while staying within your goals.0
