I've been steadily working out for a few months. It not eating as well as I should! First of April I will start my next journey and try to eat right and work out hard. Join me in my journey!

    Neat! I want to commend you for giving yourself a nice achievable deadline. We see a lot of "ERMAHGERD. I have ONE WEEK to lose 10 pounds to fit in my bikini! What juice fast can I go on to do this???" lol

    Haha you're right! I like to give myself time knowing that I will probably have. Few slip ups! I would like to minimize these "slip ups" however!
