Zero calorie foods

Hi,
do you add calories for the portions of "zero" calorie foods you eat if it is more than one portion size? I eat a lot of 0 calorie foods and was wondering....Also there are some foods like the shirataki or the erythriol sweetener that are not metabolized (if I am right....)-for those I would not have to add any calories, wouldn't I? And for the others is it 5 calories a serving (as this is the boundary value)?
Many thanks in advanvce for your help!

I usually don't bother, but the 5 cals a serving thing is because the FDA mandates that if a "serving" (and the serving can be whatever size, so are often tiny) has less than 5 cals, they can round down to 0. So if you were going to log it, then 5 would be the maximum a serve would be.0
