Waist trimmer belt?

Hi, i was thinking to buy a waist trimmer belt, because i have kind of a large tummy.. i know they dont work alone, that you have to exercise as regular while you wear them for them to work.
and i was wondering if there was anyone on here that has tried one before and had good results? or bad results? or maybe have a before and after picture? thx!

If you're talking about the rubber mat things that you wrap around your waist, save your money. They just encourage your belly to sweat a little more. Any effect is very temporary. I used one for a while before I knew any better and did not see any difference.

I used them frequently when I first started. Waste of time and money. At the time I thought they helped, but they didn't really do anything (plus my workouts suffered when I tried to do them with the belt on).
