I take methadone (I kno all the bad info on it so don't fill the comments with that) but it makes it really hard to lose weight. If anyone else is on a medication that prevents or makes it hard to lose weight pe

    Nothing will prevent you losing weight if you eat at a calorie deficit.

    Things may alter where that calorie deficit lies, but everyone has a deficit level somewhere.

    Find you deficit level, eat at that level, and you will lose weight.
