How can I do to get ore energy

Hi my problem is that I had a surgery in my ashofagus like a year and a half ago they restored my ashofagus my stomach so my stomach is smaller I don't eat as much as before but the program is always telling me that I don't take enough energy durIng the day and of course I don't Have energy I feel sleepy all day
