If I had a 2300+ sodium day and was under on everything else, I gained. Now I only eat 900mg - 1500mg per day and I lose weight everyday. Weighing your food should help. My husband bought me a scale that does grams & ounces. It also, lets you set your plate on it and you can reset it to "zero" add food and get weight, reset to "zero", etc.0
