Any advice for solitary exercise when gym is closed? (Weekends)

I know it should be obvious, but I've been depressed this winter and spent most of my time doing very little so I'd like a few tips? I'm used to going for long walks (1 or 2 miles) at night with insomnia, but I'm looking for something which may help me get fitter over time? I only have 1 setback which is a bad knee meaning that I can't cycle (it's the fear of my knee cap dislocating while I'm a) moving and b) possibly not close to assistance). I am not very fit, but I am enthusiastic to change that.

I have SADD, as well as major depressive disorder, so I understand the lack of motivation during the winter I really struggled with keeping myself active but now with the increase in daylight, I've found that I'm more motivated to keep moving around.
I used to hate doing yoga because I pressured myself to be perfect at it but I've started up again with a super beginner sequence and found that it's really nice to do in the morning to stretch after I wake up. It's this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3vLZqPZxZE but I just do it at my own pace.
I also like the mini-interval workouts - this is a popular one from Pinterest: http://backonpointe.tumblr.com/post/15968075542/a-daily-exercise-plan-do-these-exercises. I'll do them when I'm watching TV in the evening0 -
Thank you so much, this is such a good idea! I've never done yoga properly before and didn't think of it because I used to be such a buzzing person that I didn't have the patience, but this could be excellent I feel much better now - I got all wobbly (my personal anxiety expression for unreasonable sudden urge to cry) when I saw that the gym was closed on weekends as I've never done anything but workouts at the gym and (pre-knee injury) some rather full on ballet.
It's surprisingly intimidating when you used to be fit and have to do lower intensities all of a sudden when you go back.0
