good morning all my outstanding fitness pal's I'm a little crazy this morning besides the fact I haven't a Cup of coffee in two weeks!!! I went to the gym this morning at 6am!!! very proud of myself and ready to go as I'm walking towards the elliptical I see a woman sweating like someone poured a bucket of water over her head she was done and she started to walk away....I watched her walk right out the door she did not clean off the equipment!!!! I was disgusted she's lucky my parents raised me well because if not I would have thrown my water bottle at her!!!
