Anyone try Chris Powell's Carb-Cycling? Did you see results?

I am working on the last 25 pounds and think I need to change it up a bit. I have been doing low carb (<50 grams approximately a day) for about three months and feel like I have hit a wall. I bought his book last night, Choose More, Lose More, and read through the important parts. Depending upon the routine you choose - I am going to choose Turbo - you have alternating high carb/low carb days. You eat five meals a day, keep it at around 1200 to 1500 calories for a woman, and do cardio for 60 minutes a day five days a week. This is what I am doing right now basically - minus the carb cycling. Have you tried is plan? What were your results?
