Hi everyone. Thought I'd give this ago.
My son came home from school last week upset because one of his friends had called me fat. I was mortified that my weight would have such an impact on his life. I know I'm fat and have tried many times before to lose the weight but never really had much success. So a friend recommended this to me, as she has received loads of support from you guys, and I think that's what I need more than anything is support. I've been reading your posts and you all seem to be doing so well. I'm going to get myself weighed today. Dreading it as I know I'm at least 22 stone. Just hope they have a scale big enough.
