Lose 50 lbs. it's so hard!

I want to lose 50 lbs and it's so hard. I just joined LA Fitness on 3/8 and no results yet. I'm working out 3 times a week and 1 with a trainer too.

    Keep your head up!!! U got this, girl!! Believe in yourself. A lot of it is diet. One day at a time. It will soon just start dropping off.

    Set small goals for yourself rather than only looking at the end result that you are wanting. This will make it seem much less daunting and help to keep you motivated along the way.

    I'm trying to loose 50 also and ^^^ he's so right!! Set small goals weekly and they add up!! If you look at just the big picture you are going to get frustrated and give up!! I set a goal of 1.5lbs a week till September and on my first weigh in today I was down 5lbs! You got this don't give up and don't look at the big picture!!
