a day of indulgence

Hi im followin the 1200 diet..

But today i cheated..

I had a slice of chocolate cake..and im over my net calories for today approx -200 calories

Is this goin to increase my weight?

Or is tis indulgence fine? .. At times

    do an extra half hour of cardio and poof its gone!

    I think you will be just fine - 200 calories isn't too bad! You're very pretty BTW!

    Are you going to quit exercising and eating at a healthy deficit today? If you are not planning to quit, then you have nothing to worry about.

    Unless you are a very tiny person, I'd be willing to bet that even at 1400 cals you're still in a deficit - you'll be fine.

    I have a cheat day once a week where I go between 200-600 over my goal just the one day. It is usally eradicated by the time I weigh in the next week because I balance out my week. I generally stay closer to 200 and never go over my maintnence so I never gain weight and I always lose weight.
